What we collect
When you use our quote form or download a PDF, we collect the details you type in: your name, company, phone number, email address, and, if you add them, your city, product, size and quantity, message and any drawing you attach.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and send you the PDF you asked for. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
Where it is stored
Each enquiry is saved in a secure database run by Google Firebase (Google Cloud, Mumbai region) and emailed to our team. Only our team can read it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
Videos and maps
Product videos are played from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and only load after you click play. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any order that follows.
Ask us to delete your details
Email tech@rsquaretech.com and we will delete your details from our records.
